SERVICES OFFERED:

Personal training. Train with me in person in Columbus, OH to establish movement literacy and build autonomous, pain-free movement.
Remote training. Work with me from anywhere with wifi or data. Features app-provided custom movement, nutrition and lifestyle programming with remote access to me.
Prenatal and postpartum support. Work with me in-person or remotely. Together, we will strengthen your body for the athletic event of birth. If our journey continues postpartum (once you are cleared for exercise), we will heal, recover and rebuild.
Health coaching. Work with me from anywhere with wifi or data to establish life-changing food and lifestyle habits you can sustain forever.
Custom packages. Build your own buffet of any of the above offerings combined. Not sure what the right fit is, or if I’m even the right fit? Schedule a discovery call and we’ll work that out together. I only want to work with people I’m confident I can help, so if what you need is outside what I do, I will find the right person for the job. That’s a promise.
